25 weeks

I feel so behind on posting on here! I feel bad :(

Lifes been hectic between school and work, trying to get into the routine of things without being exhausted is extremely hard! I'm always tired and always stressed - but I'm hoping for the next few weeks to cool down a bit and to get back in the groove of schoolwork to get caught up. I'm not too far behind in my classes but enough to get me a little worried ;) but it's okay, I always figure something out!

Finished painting baby's room! Looks beautiful and can't wait to set up that furniture :)
She's kicking all the time and for the first time my parents felt her kick yesterday (10-28-11) I can't wait to meet her! She brings me so much joy already.

Halloween is pretty mellow this year, no pumkins or haunted houses. Instead we are gonna watch scary movies and just spend time with eachother. I don't mind :) I'm just so blessed to have my family to be around.

Everything is coming together

Crib - Check
Dresser - Check
Changing Table/Storage Unit - Check
Playard - Check
Bedding - Check

It seems like all the spendy "big" stuff is already bought!
Other stuff that I need are going to be gifts at baby shower (stroller/car seat, bathtub, etc)
and the rest i'll pick up slowly over the next few months!

I feel like a big lift has came off my shoulders. Feels good to have stuff done and to have everything ready! 113 more days until my baby girl is here :)

BUT

WHO AM I KIDDING... lift off my shoulders? haha I started laughing after re reading this and HAD to edit this post over again. I may have all the stuff but now I have to set everything up and put it together. Plus I neeed to paint and sand down the dresser/rocking chair. Jeez we are going to be tired! :)

It's 3 in the morning and this girl can't sleep :(

I'm trying to be productive though - researching nursery bedding and trying to find a perfect match!
So far we decided on this one

I love it! The colors are perfect and it's not dull :)

But I'm kind of liking this one

So confused!
We will be painting the walls a shade of light blue though. It's a color we all agreed on and I think it will be beautiful :) My only problem is that I'm one CHEAP momma. My aunt offered to buy the nursery bedding though so I should just pick one and have it settled but I still think I'm Martha Stewart and can make my own :( I've googled DIY Crib bumpers and figured hell, I could make my own and save my aunt 75$ and do something special/fun. It's not that hard to do either! So now it's just deciding on what I want to do.

Oh jeez! Why can't I ever make up my mind for once!

Growth Spurt!

I haven't updated everyone on my life much!

Can't blame me though, who would sit on a laptop when they are in Hawaii :) I am home though and finally relaxed! Sounds weird huh? Vacation is ment for relaxing but yet all we did was be on the go! I loved every minute of it though - Moped adventures, beaches, drives around the island, and snorkeling. I experianced and saw things that I've never seen or done before and it was incredible! I'm so lucky :)

The baby is growing great - from what I feel! She is kicking like crazy and squirming around even more. I feel so blessed everytime I feel that kick or that move :) I feel as if everytime I post on here about the baby I always say how blessed or how appreciate I am - I don't think people really realize how much I mean it. After losing a baby, it really does show more about the world and what you take for granted. I am truely blessed to have this baby inside me with a strong heartbeat! I love you baby girl :)

I love my mothers more than anything in this world and couldn't imagine my life without them!

They both have been in my life since day one and have raised me to be the woman that I am today. They have been there for me through everything & never once gave up on me. These two women gave me support emotionally, financially, and always put my needs before their own. They are both selfless, caring, strong, admirable, and incredible people and they deserve a lot more than they recieve. I would never ask for any other parents or ever wish to be raised by any other people. They have gone through a lot in their lives and no matter what they always seem to have a smile on their face. I appreciate all that they've done for me and all the support they have given me - I will always cherish what they are doing for us no matter what.

They give the word "Mother" meaning.
